All day long it piles in - 

facebook, twitter, spam;

'Please respond by half past twelve 

or faster if you can.'

'Yesterday we e mailed you 

 but still we haven't heard.'

'Will you send the documents 

pdf and word?'

'Everything immediately, 

although we want it clear.

And please do make the answer

the one we want to hear!'
